Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Membership and billing
- Memberships are offered monthly ($7.99) or annually ($85.99).
- Introductory trial access may be offered to new members.
- Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
All content, resources, and features within the LETZ GEAUX FITNESS app are the exclusive property of LETZ GEAUX FITNESS. This includes workout plans, meal plans, AI-generated personalization features, and proprietary coaching materials.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use these resources solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the app. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.
Health disclaimer
The service provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Violations
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may subject you to legal action.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
