How the LGF App builds your plan

AI-guided doesn't mean generic. Here's what the app asks, what it does with your answers, and how your plan changes as you go.

“Personalized” is one of the most abused words in fitness software. Usually it means the app picked one of four templates for you. In the LGF App it means your plan is generated from your answers and adjusted from your behavior.

What it asks

Setup takes a few minutes and covers the things that actually change a program:

  • Your goal — build strength, lose fat, improve endurance, move better, or a mix.
  • Experience — how long you’ve trained and how confident you are with the lifts.
  • Equipment — a full gym, a few dumbbells and bands, or nothing but your body weight.
  • Schedule — how many days you can realistically train and how long each session.
  • Food — dietary preferences and restrictions, and how much you like to cook.

What it does with that

The app assembles a training plan and a meal plan that fit those constraints. You get a “Just for you” feed of workouts and recipes, plus access to full coach-created programs from coaches like Aaliyah Chen and Maya Torres if you’d rather follow a person.

Every exercise comes with written instructions and a video tutorial — including anatomical guides — so you’re never guessing what “Boat Pose, 30 seconds” means.

How it adapts

Log your workouts, bookmark what you like, mark what’s too easy or too hard, and the plan shifts. Content is tiered Standard → Premium → Elite, and you move through it as you build capacity rather than getting dropped into advanced programming on day one.

What it won’t do

It won’t shame you for a missed day, and it won’t bury you in a leaderboard. The home screen leads with a scripture and your giving impact — not a ranking.
